If you’re at all skeptical like I was … Amazingly it works ! I usually use the phitstick while I’m sitting at night watching TV. Hello..I have been using my Mean Green PhitStick on the treadmill. I just walk at a comfortable 3 miles and hour with a 5% incline and use my PhitStick. I sweat like crazy and my heartrate goes up. It kicks my workout into high gear. I want to post a video and ay later
